Final version of SocksEscort 2.2 has been released.

Changelog for version 2.2:
- Added new server platform support.
- Deep refactoring.
- Added support of new high speed commutation nodes, it improves speed of internal proxies.
This version of the program, especially for the site is developed by www.seproxysoft.com,
and in the nearest future will be tested in an open beta test.
